In addition to this, this role requires the candidates to be data & solution focused.Key Responsibilities:1. Media Planning for all Paid Channels - Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Native Ad Networks2.Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs3.Plan and propose media channels and campaign types to achieve objectives4. Recommend and implement optimisations for enhanced performance5.Test, Measure, Learn - as a lifecycle on all the paid media activities executed through ontinuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats.6. Track & analyse activity results and progress.7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points9. Managing multiple ad accounts for paid advertisingWhat you need:1. 1+ Years of relevant work experience in Digital Media Paid Marketing.2. Must-Have past experience working with any Ad/ Digital/ Creative Agency or in the ANM sector3. Have hands on knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Keyword Planner, and other ad networks are a bonus4. Have experience with D2C or E-commerce brands for ROAS / ROI based campaigns5. Have an experience with Research Tools such as SEMRush or AdBeat or SimilarWeb6. Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.7.
