Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Paid Media Manager located in Pune. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with media planning, media strategy, communication, new media, and public relations. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and optimizing performance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance. Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and drive continuous improvement. Implement tracking mechanisms and generate comprehensive reports to measure campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform strategy development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment. Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with certifications preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within established deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. [Optional] Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
