JD for Manager/ Sr. Manager - Digital Marketing for Paid Media (L3 or L4)

Responsibilities

o Driving Leads for the business through Paid Advertising (Google, Facebook), Programmatic, Third Party Affiliates, Programmatic, digital associations and sponsorships, Native advertising and Emailers to aid business in achieving sales targets

o Must have in-depth expertise and past experience of using all Paid Marketing platformsand tools - such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics 360, Google keyword tool, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, Datastudio etc

o Should be able to evaluate and manage the Paid agencies of Kotak Life, and ensure they work towards achieving their day-to-day targets and deliverables

o Needs to co-ordinate with the Paid agency on a daily basis and suggest changes and additions to the existing campaign, and brainstorm with the agency on new platforms and ad units that can be experimented with

o The main focus needs to be to optimize all paid campaigns - reducing CPLs and CPA, increase lead contactability and validity, and optimizing the business funnel from lead to end conversion

o Coordinate with the stakeholders to get content and creatives for brand and performance campaigns which have persuasive communication which will help drive interest for insurance and insurance products (term plan, ULIP plan, Health plan etc)

o Should know how to track all campaigns and measure performance, coordinate with IT and website team for code/pixel placement and tracking, and manage all tracking errors

o The role includes being able to extract insights and learnings from all media campaigns, and share them with the call centre and operations team for better conversions

o Coordinate with Call centre on a daily/weekly basis to understand how to better quality of leads and manage lead flow

o To drive Cross sell and Upsell campaigns to drive increased number of \'products per customer\' and to enable higher business revenues at low acquisition costs

o To run Employee campaigns to drive higher penetration of the product across Kotak Group\'s employees

o Support Brand Building activites in the Digital space for Kotak Life Insurance through campaigns promoting own/paid digital assets such as Website, Applications, Social Media, Content Marketing and Advertising

o Enhance Customer Experience on Digital by evaluating the customer\'s behaviour on our online channels/assets through analytics and cookie tracking, and help design tools and applications that will enable an easy customer journey online

o Internal Stakeholder\'s & Agency/Vendor Management - Manage and maintain our Digital, Creative agency and drive their deliverables basis the timelines defined. Also, coordinating with internal IT, product, compliance, brand and other teams for getting work done. Needs to also look into vendor agreements, invoices, estimates and provision and ensure billing and payments happen on time

Requirements

o 3-8 years experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in BFSI industry)

o Good understanding of Digital, Programmatic, Paid campaigns and marketing tech, along with the use of analytic tools

o Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in any field

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables

o Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights out of data

o Proven experience working under pressure to deliver high quality output in a short span of time
