Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled

Plant Packing Machine Operator

with strong knowledge of

automatic weighing and packing machines

such as

Ishida, Yamato, or similar models

used in the seafood or food processing industry. The candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packing line equipment to ensure smooth production and high product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

automatic packing and weighing machines

(Ishida, Yamato, Multihead Weigher, etc.). Ensure accurate product weight and minimize packing material wastage. Perform

machine setup, calibration, and adjustments

during changeovers and product variations. Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or electrical issues on packing lines. Maintain

cleanliness and hygiene

of packing area and machines as per food safety norms. Record daily production data, downtime, and machine performance logs. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for preventive maintenance and product quality checks. Follow all

safety, GMP, and HACCP

standards during operation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
