JD for Brand Building ExecutiveThe Brand Executive implements plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the organisation\'s brand equity. He/She is also responsible for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant for the organisation. The Brand Executive works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where he/she ensures compliance of the brand identity throughout the organisation.Main Objective of this role - - Identifying emerging trends of consumers- Forecasting emerging market needs- Generating customer\'s awarenessJob Responsibilities:- Analyse market trends and development that may impact online / offline marketing activities.- Assess alternate market research channels.- Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.- Design, collect and analyse customer satisfaction and feedback.- Execute activities to communicate business value propositions to customers.- Execute brand campaigns.- Execute customer loyalty plans.- Forecast emerging market needs.- Generate creative materials, templates and collaterals.- Generate customer awareness.- Implement activities that develop organisation capabilities to deliver a consistent customer experience.- Implement brand communication plans.- Implement brand building and development plans.- Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.- Maintain customer acquisition and retention programmes.- Monitor effectiveness of programmes.- Monitor product quality, design and brand alignment.- Review effectiveness of brand campaigns.Experience required : - Bachelor\'s degree / MBA with marketing specialisation- Expertise in marketing areas like market research and brand strategy.- Fresher or At least 2-3 years of professional marketing-related experience. - Brand manager and marketing certificationsSkills Required: - In-depth understanding of marketing strategies and branding principles. - Excellent communication skills including written, verbal & visual- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. - Research and analytical skills. - Project management experience.- Sales and budgeting knowledge.- Marketing and branding expertise. - Knowledge of layout, colours and other design elements.- Familiarity with latest marketing technologies and tools.
