Own the Umbrella brand campaigns and Brand purpose initiatives of Mamaearth.Responsibilities:- Plan & execute 360- marketing campaigns for Mamaearth as a brand.- Plan digital media for campaigns & evaluate/monitor performance.- Drive purpose led initiatives with external organizations.- Create effective PR stories that can make Mamaearth stand-out as a purpose-first brand.- Maintain Brand calendar, budget and deliveries accordingly.- Work on blue-ocean ideas and think big to create impactful brand properties.Qualification:- Masters degree in management/marketing- Experience: 3-6 years marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed.- Worked on 360- marketing campaigns- Ability to work with multiple external agencies including creative- Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation- Strong creative sensibilities- High ownership and passion- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/agencies- Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines.
