We are hiring motivated Outbound Sales Representatives to generate subscription sales through proactive outbound calling. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing follow-ups, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to Canadian clients to promote and sell subscription-based financial products.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Communicate effectively to understand client needs and address concerns.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Confidently handle objections and close sales over the phone.
Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of experience in international outbound phone sales.
Excellent telephone communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
Experience in stock broking or financial markets is an advantage.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day.
Experience in BPO or call center environment is a plus.
