1.Receive and log all inbound leads via phone, email, website, CRM, or exhibitions.
2. Understand customer requirements and assign to the right product/sales team.
3. Maintain communication with customers from enquiry to order confirmation.
4. Assist the field sales team by providing documentation, pricing sheets, and customer communication support.
5. Generate daily/weekly reports on enquiry pipeline and conversion status.
6. Communicate order status and delivery updates to the customer.
