Conduct outbound phone sales calls to Australian clients
Handle objections and close sales with a target-driven approach
Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
Record call details accurately and manage customer interactions
Meet daily targets including 100+ calls per day
Stay informed on product offerings and financial market trends
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Required Skills
Excellent telephone communication and sales presentation
Strong ability to overcome objections and close deals
Familiarity with Australian customer communication styles
Experience in financial markets or stockbroking (preferred)
Resilience and the ability to work under pressure
Consistency in meeting or exceeding performance targets
Experience in call centers or BPO environments (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
1 year of outbound phone sales experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Knowledge of financial services will be an advantage
Candidates must be comfortable working in early morning shifts
