Job Responsibilities
"i. Process owner for Sterling and SAP Order Management System (OMS) ii. Ensures OMS Trained Picker & Packer for E-com ad New com Operation iii. Responsible for safety, quality and productivity of the picking and packing process with ZERO defect. iv. Responsible for inventory management of packaging material v. To plan manpower, material, infra/systems and process as per the requirement. vi. Process adherence of ECOM and new com processes vii. Review & evaluates performance of the courier partners viii. Track the orders on a daily basis ix. Co-ordinates with CRM for Delivery related issue resolution x. Accountable for Online orders Delivery and related KPIs xi. 100% Compliance to SOD/EOD activities like no stock in interim SLOC by EOD xii. Return management for E-commerce xiii. Ensures POD Management & VOC xiv. Ensures Dashboard KPIs for E-commerce function as per targets"
