Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, OTC \xe2\x80\x93 Order Processing

In this role, one needs to have good understanding of OTC.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for order entry into KSN per requisitions received from various VMS tools and distribution of requisition to Recruitment.

\xc2\xb7 Where recruitment does not have access to VMS tool (MV accounts, and/or accounts supported locally) team liaises between recruitment and VMS tool to submit candidates to customer, coordinates interviews, offers and work order (PO) creation\xe2\x80\x8b.

\xc2\xb7 Mass / manual order creation and data entry.\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Support specific to P&I.

\xc2\xb7 Over 125 unique clients supported; over 30 unique VMS tools.

\xc2\xb7 Where possible fit, working with business to move to an automated order entry process via Bullhorn Order Automation (aka VMSA); separately and simultaneously:

\xc2\xb7 Under Thanos, working with I/T to design potential automation solution into KSN for accounts that do not fit VMSA model.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

\xc2\xb7 Graduate in commerce (B. Com)

\xc2\xb7 Meaningful experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
