Job Summary

Skills and Attributes Solution Designer / Architect Experience Years (IT/Telecom) 10 to 15 years Location Pune or Bangalore Skillset Total Experience ? 7 to 15 years? resources ? Worked as a Solution Designer for T2R / Service Assurance domain ? Able to create Architectural Steers for Detailed Designs based on an initial impact analysis. ? Must have experience in converting Service Assurance system requirements into Solution Designs. ? Knowledge of all the Service assurance end to end processes for all journeys. ? Knowledge of the capabilties within each of the functional areas of Service Assurance. ? Expertise in Telecom wireline networks such as Cable based on Docsis 3.x or XGSPON, Broadband, SDWAN,etc ? And/Or Expertise in Telecom wireless networks for 4G and 5G technologies. ? Must be good at design thought leadership using latest technology trends ? Proven experience in producing Solution designs for large scale projects and programs in a rapidly changing business environment ? Ability to enage and agree solutions with different network vendors, third party suppliers, operational and business community ant other stakeholders. ? Should be able to correctly capture the risks, assumptions, issues and the design decisions ? Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture UML design tools and other design tools like Visio. ?
