OSS Assurance Technical Architect
This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office. :

As the technical Architect, drive the project and support delivery aligned to customer needs; provide inputs to the sizing and capacity planning for the solution; guide / mentor the team from the domain and technical perspective. Resolve complex issues, Drive automations and improvements in delivery and support. Act as trusted advisor to customer. Drive new business opportunities with customer. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the complete technical delivery of the solution / support.
• Provide the Solution architecture, HW/Application Sizing, Deployment architecture for new projects
• Requirements Gathering with customer and document the same (DFS)
• Map the user requirements to a technical solution and generate the High Level Design of the solution.
• Ensure architecture and design for performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Integration specifications for all interface systems.
• Support team on Low Level Design and Development
• UAT with customer.
• Mentor the technical team and review the teams work
• Resolve complex issues timely.
• Address chronic issues/repeat issues etc via problem management
• Continuously look at improvement and innovations and automations in delivery and support.

Required Skills

• Strong Telecom Service Assurance Background with 8 to 12 years of Experience
• Good understanding of Telecom Domains, such as IP MPLS, Transmission, DWDM, Mobility, Enterprise etc.
• Design and Deliver solutions for requirements in service assurance domain
• Experience in Telecom Network Management implementations (NOC Management) : Fault Management / Performance Management / Service quality management / Inventory Management
• Good understanding of OSS Product(s) in Fault Management/Performance Management (Netcool, OpenView, SMARTS)..
• Preferable to have experience in one of the HP CMS Service Assurance Products (TeMIP, UCA, SQM, MyCOM, UTM, etc)
• Have exposure to architecting frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, NGOSS
• Experience in Telecom NOC Operations Automations
• Hands on technical skills on Java/Python/Plsql/Scripting.
