We are looking for a rigorous, curious, detail-oriented Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Lead to develop and expand our world-class investigations team for our India region. You will be in charge of working with our customers, business development, product, and data teams to translate data into actionable insights.

You will apply your open source intelligence (OSINT) and analysis skills to help our clients and partners gain new insights.


Responsibilities
Conduct/lead OSINT activities related to the reporting and analysis of online threats, misinformation, disinformation, and/or influence/information operations
Formulate OSINT collection and analysis methodologies, best practices, and processes
Collaborate with and guide a team of OSINT analysts within the region
Use empathy and curiosity to understand clients\' needs in order to produce custom-tailored analysis


Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
5+years of experience in intelligence, national security, government, international relations, military, law enforcement or similar fields
Experience using social media monitoring, OSINT, and other information analysis tools
Experience identifying and analyzing online threats, misinformation, disinformation, and/or influence/information operations
Understanding of nation-state, terrorist, extremist, and other threat actors
Experience developing analytical methodologies
Strong written and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time in an ambiguous environment
Excellent ability to generate insights from a wide array of data
