Job Description


Responsibilities:

- Build India\'s largest demand network for Self Drive Cars through partnerships, and direct contracting.

- Develop, maintain and nurture supplier relationships across partners majorly consisting of OTAs, Airlines, hotels, accommodation providers, state tourism departments etc.

- Develop and initiate sales strategies including discount and cash-back strategies, merchandising, promotions, landing pages in close coordination with Marketing, co-branded campaigns and alliances.

- Ensuring the product is built and is performing at or exceeding expectations, new optimizations are introduced and launched and the partnerships are growing over time.

- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting business partner economics, KPIs, and general business performance. Identify trends and make growth recommendations based on those.

- Working closely with Product, Engineering team & Marketing members to develop and optimize the product, run tests, and inform the partner product roadmap across regions and partners.

- Developing the partnership strategy for driving better partner experiences to align with product and business goals.

- Engaging effectively with internal stakeholders, including operations, legal, marketing, product, and technology to ensure each organization has full visibility into partner needs.

Qualifications:

- Master\'s degree in Business Management / Sales & Marketing

- 8+ years of experience across Car Rentals, Online Travel Agency or an Online Travel Aggregator with hands on experience of managing partner relationships.

- Business & account management with excellent relationship building skills

- Excellent communication skills, should be able to do hard talk, communicate and build relationship with C level executives in the industry.

Soft Skills:

- Strong relationship skills with technology bend of mind, should be able to think out of the box, methodical in approach and primarily a sales and relationship person.

- Genuine passion for sales with high energy level with understanding of e commerce business web and mobile

- Proven experience in building a result oriented sales function within Start-up environment

- Strong understanding of the Internet / e- commerce space, search engines, online transacting platforms and related business models

- Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

- The ability to work under pressure, drive and lead towards solving issues along with respective teams and have exceptional time management skills with analytical.
