The candidate needs to bring in at least 3 to5 years of expertise in the Wellness & Resiliency sector and will be responsible for overseeing key account relationships, managing operations, implementing quality adherence measures, leading reporting efforts, and ensuring effective data management for our diverse portfolio of corporate wellness programs. Responsibilities: Wellness & Resiliency Program Oversight: Utilize extensive experience in wellness and resiliency to customize programs that align with client objectives and employee well-being. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective wellness strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of corporate wellness programs, ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation, resolve operational challenges, and enhance program efficiency. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and implement reporting mechanisms to track the success and impact of wellness initiatives. Provide regular, detailed timely reports to clients on key performance indicators, program outcomes, and areas for improvement. Quality Adherence: Establish and enforce quality standards for wellness programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and client expectations. Conduct regular quality assessments and audits to identify opportunities for enhancement. Data Management: Implement robust data management practices to collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data for informed decision-making. Ensure the security and confidentiality of client and participant data, complying with privacy regulations.
