Overall responsibility of Delivery and Operations supporting all the three verticals (OD Consulting, Digital Learning & Behavioral Training) in end to end delivery of projects. The role includes client acquisition and client relationship management, in addition to delivery and operations. Primary Responsibilities
The role of an Organizational Behavioral Analyst is client-facing and would involve continuous interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. This role has a combination of Sales, Marketing and Project Delivery. The job incumbent will be involved in Account Management, Client Relationship Management and Project management. The role would be expected to take complete responsibility of the delivery. Specifically, an OB Analyst would be involved in the following tasks:

  • Taking an account-based approach and being involved in consultative selling in order to find the best possible solution for the client and contribute to business
  • Meet quarterly sales target as part of account management and consultative selling
  • Create bids/proposals for any training, digital learning or OD Consulting requirement
  • Supporting to find a solution for client needs basis detailed training need analysis
  • Conceptualization and development of bespoke content (for both classroom training and eLearning) for behavioral training programs
  • Consulting for Instructional Design and applying the Instructional Design principles for client projects
  • Conceptualization of training games and activities on various topics across levels in an organization
  • Supporting and co-facilitating training programs whether virtual or in-person
  • Suggesting suitable psychometric assessments and finding customized psychometric solutions for any need \xe2\x80\x93 whether for Individuals or for a specific project
  • Support and run Competency Mapping projects such as writing job descriptions, understanding the job role and creating a competency framework, operationally defining competencies, conducting assessment and development centres and any other consulting work
  • Reactive and Proactive sales calling and handling B2C (Business to Consumer) clients for Certifications and Assessments
  • Involved in Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales and conceptualizing training need to create an effective intervention design
  • Finding suitable trainers from either the existing trainer pool or finding new ones for any training requirement
  • Reviewing and writing marketing content in the form of email templates, articles, banners, one-liners, brochures and website pages to support the marketing team with generating leads for both B2C and B2B sales
Role Outcome
  • Meeting clients and conducting a thorough need analysis. Basis that, creating impactful, client-focused and customized bids and proposals
  • Handle end-to-end delivery of projects by planning and implementing a detailed project plan
  • Be the go-to- person for solutions related to psychometric assessments
  • Deliver impactful and effective training interventions by creating instructionally designed content and selecting the suitable facilitator
  • Increase B2C sales for certifications and assessments
Multiplicity of Roles
The role expects the job incumbent to multi-task since he or she is responsible for marketing, sales, delivery and operations. Key Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience with specialized knowledge in psychometric assessments, assessment centers, training and development, project management and organization development would be highly preferred for the role.

The candidate must be fluent in English (both vocabulary and writing), high on interpersonal skills, must be organized and planned, should show drive and high level of energy, have an inclination for client interaction, networking skills, attention to detail and business acumen.
