The Project Manager will ensure overall success of New Product Development projects in the area of Flow cytometry assay/conjugate development while working with the Core team leader . This position requires experience, skills and performance to achieve project scope, quality and on time delivery in alignment with strategic goals.

Location - Based in Bangalore, India Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Work on lab for synthesis of organic compounds
• Record results appropriately in accordance with the internal procedures of Beckman coulter.
• Report any deviations/failure immediately to the supervisor.
• Participate in problem solving process to find appropriate solutions to the problem.
• Perform day-to-day activities as directed by Supervisor and document the same as per Beckman Procedures.
• Expected to be On-site for all working days.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in organic synthesis, Fluorescence dye/ Polymer dyes and characterization techniques.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience with Schlenk line chemistry.
• The qualification can be any of the following: M.Sc. Chemistry, B.Tech chemical engineering, M.Sc Organic chemistry.
