Job Title: Order to Cash Operations Analyst
Role Overview: - Part of the WW licensing team.
- Critical role of license key management.
- Liaising between various internal teams such as order operations, tech support, product management etc.
- Resolve customer queries/ Escalations regarding licenses.
- Supporting smooth close of quarter ends.

About the Role:
- Order processing & billing - Process orders from distributors / customers, maintain customer contract data, coordinate with other depts. for order status, shipping dates, prices product availability, backlog, etc.
- Assist sales & partners in creating quotes.
- Data Management acticvities to ensure accurate records of Trellix Customers, Assets & Entitlements
