Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support/Inside Sales Specialist to prepare quotations, process orders, generate leads, and provide exceptional support to customers, Sales Managers, and internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills, SAP experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotations and process sales orders for Beckwith products. Maintain proactive communication and positive relationships with customers. Coordinate and gather information for customer requests; follow up on sales opportunities. Estimate delivery dates, resolve delivery issues, and support demo product requests. Enter and maintain customer and sales data in the ERP system. Review client T&Cs and highlight commercial risks. Support US business time zones (night shift, max 8 hours + 1-hour break). Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technical field, or 4+ years related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills. Strong SAP experience required. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to read technical documents/schematics is a plus. Prior experience supporting North American customers required. Must have a quiet, reliable remote workspace with stable power and high-speed internet

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
