Order management Specialist:

Receive, check and enter customer orders in SAP through Javi/EDI Tools. Follow-up with local customer service representative or internal departments on missing or incorrect data.

This may include the EDI workflow process and any other order creation related activities.

Order & customers" portal maintenance management: Action requests (quantity changes/pull-in/push-out/cancellation) with the internal stakeholders compliant with customer T&C\'s when defined or per Company policies.

Order confirmation, rescheduling date and confirmation, processing of billing and invoice upload. Include any special requirements from customers that are agreed under the service agreement.

Validate Customer Portal/Javis Portal Orders acknowledging update with internal stakeholders and communicate to Sales and CS Team.

Timely Review and upload Masters .

Expedites: Process the expedites requests through email from customers, or through portals etc. Validate the status of Order processing in SAP prior to working with CS or Sales team for improvements. Follow-up with internal stakeholders (Finance/Digital/MDM) for closure and completion of expedite process and closed communication loop with the Sales/CS Team.

Reporting : Supports generation of reports to customer service teams.

Allocation : Compile critical requirements from customers, Price mismatch , Inactive Article ,Vendor, Site errors to prevent line impact especially to our key Strategic customers.

Customer Master /Error /ROR Data maintenance in SAP/Order Management tool, share drive or any agreed and designated location as per requirements from the CS team.

Open to work on as required to meet business needs.

Perform other related back-office duties as assigned by management.

Preferred:

Basic Qualifications:

2 to 3 years Customer Service experience is desirable, preferably gained in FMCG/Pharma/Service industry.

Diploma/Graduate

English language is mandatory both written and oral proficiency

Good PC skills are necessary including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.

Knowledge of SAP / ERP system would be preferred. ...
