You are responsible for

Ensure that sales orders, as confirmed to the sales organization, are delivered by the IGT factory and logistic service providers, whereby you pro-actively identify and resolve bottlenecks, which hamper shipment and transport.

Technically screen customer orders and confirm these, as send to you by the order desk of the sales organizations, such that the orders can be manufactured correct and the requested delivery date of the customer can be supported. This needs by timely execution in SAP and well-maintained and up to date data.

Act as single point of contact with the logistics organization of your market group for order fulfillment subjects, whereby you are capable to resolve 1st level of escalations.

Support in New Product Introductions (NPI)

Ensure strong engagement with the customers to ensure compliance and alignment with customer to deploy corrective actions agreed as per the inputs received from 'Voice of Customer'

Ensure Compliance to QMS / Regulatory and Statutory audit requirements / Compliance System audits/export control compliance checks.

You are a part of part of factory order management team

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Any Engineering

4-7yrs of experience in order management

Assertive and positive attitude

Good Communication Skills

Good Experience in Microsoft Excel
