We are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join our Order Management team in Bengaluru, reporting to the Supervisor, Order Management. In this role, you will work on cutting-edge technology with a highly collaborative and supportive team. This role is directly tied to Order Bookings, Order Fulfillment, and Sales Operations and interacts regularly with Accounts Receivable (AR), Credit, and other upstream and downstream teams both domestically and internationally for Infoblox. What you\'ll do:

  • Receive, review, and process orders according to Infoblox policy
  • Work with Sales Operations, AR, Credit, and internal/external stakeholders to resolve transactional issues
  • Collaborate on a 24x5 international operations team
  • Review and verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and customer information
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Shipping teams to resolve any order-related discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy while entering order information into the company\'s order management system
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of enhanced order management procedures
What you\'ll bring:
  • Between 1.5 - 3 years of operational experience in a quote-to-cash environment
  • Bachelors degree or MBA preferred with an emphasis on finance/commerce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in order management, order processing, or a related field
  • Passionate about building a career in order fulfillment/supply chain/finance processes
  • Excellent teamwork skills, quick learner, self-starter, and highly motivated, with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Basic working knowledge of Salesforce.com (beginner to intermediate) and exposure to Oracle Fusion an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Superb attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Flexibility to extend work hours according to business needs during month/quarter ends, and comfortable with working night shifts

  • Be completely trained and independent in order booking process within stipulated time
  • Deliver core tasks independently
  • Participate in new learning and development initiatives
After about a year, you will\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Develop business relationships with the key stakeholders across regions
  • Become familiar with all Infoblox core order booking policies, processes, and best practices
  • Make decisions in accordance with the bookings policy and departmental processes and procedures
  • Know upstream and downstream process, which helps you to complete customer requests, including order completion and answering queries for both internal and external customers, including Sales
  • Contribute effectively to ideas that help continuous improvement initiatives
