Orange Health is an on-demand diagnostics service for Indian consumers that enables convenience, reliability and overall better healthcare outcomes. With our deep understanding of primary healthcare and its opportunities, we are building Orange Health to become the infrastructure of remote healthcare in India, starting with making diagnostics on-demand. Since our launch in 2020, Orange Health has grown fast to become a diagnostics leader in Bangalore by delivering a strong product experience.

Our Founders: The founders Dhruv Gupta (Consumer tech entrepreneur with 2 successful exits) & Tarun Bhambra (Experienced corporate leader and VC investor) have 15+ years of combined healthcare experience and have together built a profitable health-tech business, serving 100m+ users.

What will you get to do?

1. Drive and focus on high performance culture and support the leaders on building an organisation that lives Orange Health values every day at work.

2. Be a strategist with an uncanny ability to connect the dots between where we\'re going and how we need to get there.

3. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention.

4. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, and continuously innovate and improve HR processes and programs.

5. Design positive experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.

6. Conduct Focus Group Discussions and Employee Check Ins to diagnose team/org/manager effectiveness, share insights and drive action with relevant stakeholders for timely closure of issues & employee satisfaction.

7. Lead the performance management process in collaboration with the business leaders. Drive awareness around the process and timelines, co-create calibration guidelines based on business performance

Conduct exit conversations and co-create retention plans by working closely with business leaders and CEO.

9. Handle employee grievances (regarding recoveries, harassment, unfair treatment etc.) and investigations ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Skills we are looking for :

1. Experience: 4+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.

2. Business mindset: Strong business acumen and ability to understand business strategy and goals.

3. Problem-solving: You should have forward thinking and bias to action to solve problems.

4. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making, demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

6. Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others.
