Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert functional support and guidance on Oracle Fusion applications. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will have a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in Oracle Fusion Functional Consulting. Minimum 6 years of Oracle HRMS/HCM experience with at least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation Must have experience working on all phases of a project Demos/workshops, Requirement Gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, testing, cutover, production support, etc. Should have expertise on atleast 3 of the following sub modules of HCM Cloud OTL Time and Labor Peformance and Talent Management Payroll Compensation Benefits ORC- Oracle Recruiting Cloud Knowledge and exposure to other sub modules is an added advantage Should have hands on in writing Fast formulas Must be able to work independently and communicate fluently in English Good knowledge in OTBI Reports, Data Loaders, SQL and PL/SQL,BI Publisher reports and Fusion HCM Tables *Senior ORACLE HCM Techno Functional consultant* Exp: 4 to 6 Yrs Edu: Any UG or PG in Relevant Field Technical Skill: Oracle HCM Cloud implementation Package: Based on Experience & Skill Work Nature : Work from Office (Hybrid) Location : Chennai - Velachery Chennai candidates preferred Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in Oracle Fusion Functional Consulting. Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications and modules. Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, configuration, and customization. Ability to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Roles And Responsibilities Provide functional support and guidance on Oracle Fusion applications, including implementation, configuration, and customization. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes. Design and develop solutions to meet client needs using Oracle Fusion applications. Conduct system testing and ensure the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide ongoing support to clients. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion functionalities and modules. Train end-users on Oracle Fusion applications and provide documentation as needed.
