. Candidate must have 6 to 8 years of experience with 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Finance experience. . Good hands-on experience as Oracle Fusion/Cloud Finance functional consultant with nice communication skills. . Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Finance Modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA) etc. . Must have hands on experience in FRS,OTBI & SmartView Reports. . Must have good knowledge on SLA and accounting areas. . Hands on experience with O2C, P2P cycles. . Hands on experience with period close activities and reconciliation. . Expertise in Implementation, Rollout and Production Support of Oracle Finance modules. . Ability to participate in migration and new implementations. . Should be able to interpret business requirements into functional requirements. . Ability to design module specific solution in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion. . Requirement gathering and documentation using OUM or other prescribed methodologies. . Ability to Participate in design reviews and discussions. . Capable of handling Solution Design/Functional Fit - Gap/Training/Testing sessions . Ability to assist business user during CRP/SIT/UAT sessions. . Ability to prepare quality deliverables. . Ability to prepare test scripts and test cases. . Ability to conduct trainings. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills
