Job Overview

As an Oracle EBS Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading a team of consultants, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. This is a contract-to-hire position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementation and support
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS
• Proficient in Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion Middleware
• Experience in leading teams and managing project timelines
• Ability to customize and configure Oracle EBS applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Certifications in Oracle EBS and project management are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs

• Lead a team of Oracle EBS consultants and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS solutions based on client requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
• Customize and configure Oracle EBS modules to meet client\'s business needs
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS applications
• Provide end-user training and support during system implementations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS trends and technologies
