Responsibilities Evaluates and implements new technologies, products and tools used in the application environment Analyze performance issues in the application, concurrent manager and database tiers of E-Business Suite installations Monitor and troubleshoot Concurrent Manager Problems, Performance, Errors Ability to develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts Oracle E-business 12i application, Oracle databases and PL/SQL code Serve as day-to-day technical lead for developers enhancements or problem resolutions Analyze, design, develop, test and implement application enhancements Participate in system administration and operational support and assist in monitoring of the system\'s performance and capacity planning Manage resources to provide assistance to development teams with tuning database queries, reviewing and testing patches, configuration and code migrations Manage relationship with internal and external teams to understand customer and project needs and priorities Qualifications and Skills Minimum Educational Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology or related field 8+ years total DBA experience with a minimum of 5 years experience as Oracle Applications DBA in a multi-node multi-tier data center environment Recent skills in Oracle release 11/12g and eBusiness Suite R12x Expertise in Oracle EBS Sysadmin setup task for Oracle application like responsibility, forms, function, menu, user setup, buyer, employee Good understanding of EBS R12.2 application architecture (including adop concepts, dual file system architecture, FMW concepts, PCP, concurrent managers, workflow, layout of application on infrastructure) Experience with UNIX/Shell/Perl scripting
