Description

Provide technical enhancement around ORACLE ERP Application for Customer in US
 To review and develop technical designs based on the functional specifications inclusive a development and testing of apps customization using PLSQL / Forms / Reports / Workflow / BI publisher
 To implement the change aligned with user requirements by taking into account the constraints of cost with lower risk and feasible.
Key Responsibilities
To provide technical analysis and develop customization for ORACLE ERP eBusiness Suite (EBS) for US customer
Review and analysis current technical coding
Review and analysis provided functional specification
Evaluate enhancement request for systems change
Collaborate with team in US for analysis and provide technical analysis
Develop and test customization using PLSQL / Forms / Reports / Workflow / BI publisher
Follow enhancement procedure and deliver required documentation e.g. MD070 , MD120, ..
Check the quality of deliverables (code and documentation)
Coordinate the deliveries on the environments (Development/QA/PROD)
Multi tasking management
Provide technical support during implementation
Provide technical transfer to US ORACLE functional support team
Establish and maintain good relationship with US customer
Regular meeting twice at week with US team
Report and communicate task status by mail as routine
Report activity to the management
Collaborate with technical staff in other zones to share information also participate in exchange of good ‘application development’ practices with others technical leaders
Manage related projects as per assigning from manager
Mid shift and night shift may request
Functional competencies

• Basic functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Applications and Databases

Technical competencies

• Education background in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in Oracle EBS application development
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms & Reports using Oracle Applications / Standards / Libraries, BI Publisher / XML
• Knowledge in SQL developer, OEM, UNIX commands, UNIX shells, OA Framework
• Basic system admin / database admin knowledge including program performance optimization
• Good command of English
• Good in IT methodology, Software Development Cycle and its Standard Methodology
• Professional Team Management, Self Motivated, Result Oriented and Problem Solver

Communication skills, especially in English.
Coordination skills
Well adapt to the multinational working and dynamic environment
Desirable/Preferable :
Bachelor or Master Degree in related field - IT, Computer Science, MIS, MBA (Master Degree Preferred)
