Position: Oracle Data Engineer - Senior Consultant Experience: 5-6 Years Location: Remote At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle Data Engineer, OCI Data Integration with demonstrated experience designing and implementing data solutions using ODI. Strong experience with data modeling, ETL development, and performance analysis, tuning & optimization Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL and have a good understanding of relational database concepts. Experience working with Oracle databases, including Oracle 11g, 12c, or 19c. Experience in Data Warehousing modeling with best practices and a strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes, including tools such as Informatica or Talend or Oracle GoldenGate. Experience with data visualization tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Ability to create and maintain Data flow, ETL Specifications documentation, including data dictionaries and technical specifications. Excellent with ODI knowledge module, determining right KM for the scenario and customization of KMs. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) is an add-on. Experience with programming like Python/PySpark/Java/Groovy scripting etc... Is a plus. Experience working with multiple database systems (on premise and cloud) Experience in reconciliation of data with source systems, data accuracy validation and testing. Knowledge of code migration, Change management - version control systems Ability/willing to switch from one technology to other and flexible to adapt new technologies. Understanding of ERP (EBS/ERP/PSFT/JDE/SFDC etc ) source system is a plus if not, Willingness to understand source system business process flow and learn the technical ER models
