As an Oracle Functional Analyst in our IT Group, you will be responsible for supporting Oracle Finance initiative efforts in a large IT environment.
The ERP Functional Analyst must be proficient in GL, AP, AR, iRecievables and iExpense.
The ERP Functional Analyst must understand the end-to-end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay cycle, and any related functions.
In addition, the ERP Functional Analyst is responsible for / performs:

• User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues.
• Documenting business processes using standard business process and data flow diagrams.
• Using standard methodologies, analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements, and advise and instruct other staff responsible for such development.
• Should have experience in working an Agile Scrum Team
• Should know how to break down Stories, drive requirement discussions, perform demos / UAT and meet the sprint goals.

Candidates should have hands on experience on R12 Oracle EBS Finance Modules.

Candidates should have good written communication skills. Should be able to communicate via emails effectively.

Candidates should possess good oral communications skills. Should be able to take Project calls independently.

Good SQL knowledge is a must, should have good analytical skills.

Having exposure to month end process is needed.
