Milk & Milk Product Processing and Packing Operations
. The candidate should be capable of independently handling production activities and packing lines with adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute daily production operations as per plan given by the Section Incharge.
Operate and monitor processing equipment for
Milk, Curd, Butter, Ghee, and Paneer
production.
Operate and handle all types of packing machines
(Milk pouch pack, cup filling, paneer packing, shrink pack, sealing units, etc.).
Ensure workplace discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure smooth production.
Handle documentation related to process changes, deviations, reprocessing, and rejections.
Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store teams as required.
Educational Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
(Candidates from Dairy / Food Technology background preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 3+ Years
experience in
Milk & Milk Products Industry
Strong exposure to
Production + Packing Machine Operations
is mandatory.
Key Skills
Hands-on experience with milk product processing equipment
Good knowledge of packing machine operations
Basic troubleshooting and teamwork ability
High awareness of hygiene and safety standards
