: As an Operations Team Member, you will be a key player in our AFD Services-RA Operations team, responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate operations. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the banking industry.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
