Know more about us: Brief about the Team The lab\'s team of Tata 1mg plays a critical role in the company-s mission to provide affordable and accessible healthcare services to people across India. The lab\'s team is responsible for managing the company-s diagnostic services, including conducting lab tests and delivering customer reports. The team comprises skilled and experienced professionals such as phlebotomists, lab technicians, and pathologists who work together to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic reports. They follow strict quality control measures and adhere to all safety protocols to maintain the highest standards in their operations. What will you do The senior Executive will carry out various vendor-related tasks such as order processing, escalations, coordinating pickups, and providing vendor training. Facilitate effective communication across teams to manage and resolve daily queries and complaints, promoting a cohesive workflow. Monitor and improve vendor performance on a daily basis to meet predefined SLAs. Identify operational gaps and collaboratively define and optimize processes as needed, working closely with relevant stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely reporting by maintaining data in spreadsheets and databases for vendor-related information.
