Job Title: Operations Specialist - Employee Central

Purpose of Job:

To maintain the integrity of Employee Central positions and master data through operational use of MyHR to support manager and HR requests to update positions and master data. To support operational HR with complex service requests and provide operational support to test MyHR releases and process improvement implementation

Experience:

HR System Data Maintenance

Sound knowledge of managing master data and operational data integrity in an HR system.

Business Awareness

Demonstrates ability to understand business structures and impact of data on operational processes with significant reputational and operational impact.

Service Delivery

Able to understand and prioritise competing demands based on business impact and data integrity requirements.

Focused on meeting SLAs and enabling colleagues to meet SLAs.

Analyses data and problems

Able to identify root cause of issues and consequences of data maintenance actions, escalating resolution correctly.

English and Comms

Excellent written English, able to write succinctly to monitor and update help text, notifications and system content

Knowledge of:

Essential

  • Min 2-3 years of HR Operations experience in SAP Success Factors
  • Knowledge of HR Org Management" , 'Recruit to Retire' processes.
  • HR Data Management experience in a global organisation environment.
  • High impact service delivery working with all levels of management and senior HR colleagues.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

Accountabilities:
  • The primary responsibility is to maintain data integrity in Employee Central and provide support to line managers and HR updating organisation and position data in accordance with SLAs for SSC service delivery.
  • Validate every position change made by line managers according to position checklist.
  • Convert eligible positions from standard to Mass positions on request from managers/ HRBPs or HR Data Lead.
  • Update approved master data in MyHR eg add new cost centres to picklists; update organisation and job code picklists, etc.
  • Support HRBPs implementing structure changes in MyHR.
  • Support HR Operations team with complex requests related to MyHR EC.
  • Review and test MyHR releases, CRs and process changes in EC.
  • Escalate master data and process issues for resolution or action planning with Operations, Data and Continuous Improvement Leads as appropriate.
  • Support process and systems training for new members of the HR teams.
  • Attend SAP webinars on EC release plans and engage with SAP Success Factors Community.
Other Key skills:
  • Attention to detail to ensure right resolution of the query.
  • Problem solving skills associated with an HR Administrative environment.
  • Good Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic MS Excel and MS Word skillsMust be a highly motivated self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Eager to learn and develop troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Must have good time and task management skills
