Job Description


You will be responsible for: .Provide support to leadership team of R&D, supply chain organization and all the team members Support Travel planning - Guide R&D teams in arrange travel documents, passports, etc. .Expense reporting - File expense reports and provide support to team members .Meeting / Event Planning - Plan logistics for group meetings or visitor meetings - meeting rooms, food, badges, transportation, social events, etc. .Monitor and coordinate entertainment within the team as per company policy. .Purchase Orders - Use Nokia ordering system for creation and tracking of both \'free-text\' and catalog purchase orders .Maintain list of team PC and phone inventory. .Assist in hiring plan .Group Management, Access Management: Manage access control to shared drive .Team community website - maintain Sharepoint Office 365 based on community sites .Organization - Keep organization charts up to date .Facilities and Tools - Coordinate and manage needs for office space Support miscellaneous adhocs needs of team Skills required: .Profound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Excel macros, PowerPoint and Outlook .Knowledge of Nokia tools used in operations and SW development and test cycle: Eg: MyOrders, GIM, workplace management, 4Budget, SharePoint, SAP, MyWorkplace Confluence, PR tool. .Familiar with RealEstate and Nokia recruitment & travel management processes. .Good communication, coordination skill and ability to influence people, .Good interpersonal and teamwork skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment.
