About the Role:

• The role of the Operations Recruiter is to manage the end-to-end resourcing process to deliver agreed targets for roles within assigned business areas, ensuring that the right candidates are recruited at the right time, at the right price. Partnering with Hiring Manager, the role holder will provide consultative and transactional support to deliver a comprehensive and value – add service, covering their recruitment to fall local land cross-border hires, ensuring all resourcing activity is aligned to and effectively communicated the employer brand.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding & recruiting experience on banking operations skills covering retail, investment bank, finance, contact centre & risk
• Hands on Sourcing on the above mentioned
• Adept with Job boards & Social Media Recruiting
• Ability to front end hiring managers
• Basic understanding of India Ops & Finance Talent landscape
• Basic XLS and data interpretation knowledge

Provide support for ad hoc projects
