Leading of team of Engineers & Technicians to \xe2\x80\x8bEnsure Chennai factory delivers high quality Products and exceeds expectations of Customers\xe2\x80\x8b

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

Conducting Process Quality Audits across Production Shopfloor

Driving the Corrective & preventive actions review & Implementation, verification for the NCs raised / observed \xe2\x80\x8b

Periodic Audits / Assessments\xe2\x80\x8b

Factory representative for Workmanship standards

Leading Ops quality team, driving improvements, competency & learning objectives of team & ensuring team engagements\xe2\x80\x8b

Handling Customer Complaints related to Factory\xe2\x80\x8b

Product field performance monitoring & associated improvement action

Your skills and experience

You have:

• Preferred Electronic Engineering background
• Min 15 Yrs experience in similar role

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in similar industry
