Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
Ensure that the programs and portfolios are aligned to operational and strategic objectives
Design and track various program and portfolio performance KPIs
The projects are prioritized and aligned to short- and long-term goals of the business
Manage and maintain workforce data to drive data-based decision-making, insight, and change
Drive best practice across our global functions Lead projects end-to-end, from ideation through technical execution, to business implementation and automation.
Implement and lead data management practices to ensure the operational data integrity of workforce data in Workday and people analytics dashboards and reports.
Delivering top-notch operational people data & metrics, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and streamlined processes
Designing and producing KPI / O(KR)ITs dashboards
Providing thought leadership on how to leverage analytical concepts and methodologies to achieve strategic goals
Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, margins, etc.
Project risks and progress on mitigating these risks

Addressing urgent issues faster and effectively
Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources

Strong leadership skills
Work Experience:
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT Infrastructure, telecom & Network.
A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
Experience in working with large, complex data sets
Experience in project management and service delivery
Equivalent Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, CTPM certification or equivalent is a strong plus.
