Mi-Revenue Unit (Non-Financial):-Adhoc data collation activities,Download/upload of data as per requirement..Filing of printing of data.., Acquiring POS Chargeback Unit (Non-Financial)-Updation of new chargeback details in file. Credit Card Chargeback Unit (Financial)-Dispute cases initiation in system. ATM Acquiring Chargeback Unit (Financial)- Despatching of footage CD to member bank received throughcourier Take print of BAM reports and vouchers and do filing for internal record Card interchange - Arbitration unit (Non-Financial)-Exhibit Preparation & submission for Disputes. ,Preparing & dispatch of customer letters.
