Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Operations - Officer - Credit Cards - Operations (41_1394_100196) Office Location: Bengal Intelligent Park(RAKRd), Bengal Intelligent Park(RAKRd) Position description: Operations - Officer - Credit Cards - Operations Primary Responsibilities: Card Personalisation:-Processing of Credit card production file in iCPMS Splitting of card files through iCPMS system basis of dispatch mode viz. Courier & speed post.A A Tally of Production File with final card produced. Maintenance of stock of card plastic, collaterals ie Ultra forms, Usage guides, envelopes, etc., for smooth production & dispatch at vendor end. Transfer of stationery collateral from stationery room to embossing room, Coordination with Card Perso who handles printing and dispatch of cards Packing of personalized cards manually (Placing cello tape on envelop) Pull out of personalized card basis holdback referral, priority delivery handling, mailer change & destruction based on instructions received from the respective unit. Tallying the finished card packet as per the checklist file and report, Random quality check of personalized cards viz., Checking and validating Card holder name printed on the Card against the Name a welcome letter / ultraform, Number of cards affixed, Type of Card plastic, foil, quality of printing, etc., Handing over pullout cards to the Bank Officer for further processing. Handing over of cards to the Courier against acknowledgement, Sorting and handing over of personalized cards for Speed Post-dispatch Preparing tally sheet post-dispatch of cards to courier & speed post,Any other operations processing related work assigned from time to time relating to Credit cards production & dispatch. Filing of courier & speed post pickup sheet, Personalization & disp+A1atch of Prepaid Cards Card Personalization:-Processing of Prepaid card production file in iCPMS Transfer of stationery collateral from stationery room to embossing room Receipt of personalized cards from vendor,Receipt of pins from Handover of PINS to the printing vendor for matching and stuffing with personalized cards Pin dispatch team Branch dispatch referral preparation for pullout and dispatch,Handover personalized cards to courier / speed post against collect acknowledgement, Filing of courier & speed post pickup sheet Updation of dispatch / delivery status of cards in surround system,Follow-up with courier and speed post for delivery status Deliverable Management - RTO cards Academic score: Pass Institution tier: Any Required work experience Industry: Banking preferred - but not a constraint Role: Operations Years of experience: 0 to 2 Key Performance Indicators: Compliance orientation Required Knowledge: Good in excel and MS office Specific requirements Travel: NA Vehicle: NA Other details Contract Types: Permanent
