Role/ Job Title : Operations Manager-Retail Assets Operations (Payments)
Business: Retail Assets Operations
Function/ Department: Central Operations
Place of Work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
\'- Candidate should have prior experience in managing loan disbursal (booking)/Payments/Post Disbursal activities for all retail products.
- The candidate should be well versed with loan documentations across products.
- The candidate should have effective skills to handle and manage on roll and off roll Staff.
- The candidate should have adequate experience in managing & driving quality and SLA for the unit.
- The candidate should have strong interpersonal & communication skills to liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Focus on automation and digitization to increase process efficiency, Productivity, Accuracy and improve TAT
- Uphold the tenets of the code of conduct of the Bank and nurture the team.
- Taking initiatives and advising on the best practices to improve TAT and processes within the unit.
Secondary Responsibilities :
\'Preparation of Various MIS
Daily co-ordination with branches/CPAs for resolution
Should be able to prepare BRDs for processes which require automation
UAT for any new system requirements/modification to existing functionality.
