Job description:Operations management

• Coordinating daily operations in the field of healthcare and educational services.

• Make data driven decisions and collaborate with the senior executive leadership in setting the organisation's agenda and vision.

• Develop and manage the organisation's key performance indicators (KPI) and help in facilitating accurate budgeting, resource-planning and goal-setting.

• Help in developing an organisational culture and setting standard practices and protocols in alignment with the organisational values.

• Identifying business challenges, reviewing the organisation's current strategy and goals to identify its potential strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement,

• Enabling innovation and creativity to develop new winning strategies.

• Helping in building organisational culture.

• Be cross-functional and support in strategising individual departments like operations, finance, human resource and marketing, and review, analyse and manage all existing department strategies to ensure alignment with the organisation's key strategies.

• Taking charge of individual departments like operations, marketing, human resources, etc. and ensuring smooth operations of the respective departments by ensuring proper team development and collaboration.

• Risk management by evaluating potential threats and establishing plans to minimize them and putting the plans in action.

• Crisis management, devising constructive solutions, and ensuring better resource utilisation.
