Responsible for managing daily waste collection, segregation, transportation, and disposal at Koyambedu Market. Ensures smooth operations through effective manpower, fleet, and coordination management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily waste collection, segregation, and disposal activities.
Manage and recruit sweepers, HMV drivers, JCB operators, and ground staff.
Coordinate and liaise with the Koyambedu Market Management Committee and relevant officials.
Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and ensure the availability of trucks and equipment.
Prepare operational records, support documents for billing, and follow up for bill approvals and payments.
Ensure compliance with safety and waste-handling standards.
Required Skills
Experience in waste management/market operations/logistics.
Strong manpower handling and recruitment capability.
Knowledge of fleet management, fuel control, and equipment operations.
Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
