We Are Hiring: Operations Manager - Restaurant (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Chennai

Position: Operations Manager

Experience Required: above 8+ years
(Multicuisine experience is a must)

Salary Package: ?45,000 - ?60,000 per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:-

Oversee daily operations of multicuisine restaurant outlets.
Implement and maintain high operational and service standards.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service and quick issue resolution.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor inventory, cost control, and wastage management.
Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and statutory requirements.
Drive operational efficiency and support business growth.
Key Requirements:-

8+ years of experience in hospitality operations.
Strong background in multicuisine restaurant environments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Deep knowledge of restaurant SOPs, service standards, and guest handling.
Ability to manage high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
