Operations Manager
Job Description
Title: Operation Manager Age-up to 40 Experience- 1-5 Year CTC- 3 LPA + Variable Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Operations Management: to Define Department wise deliverables based on thorough understanding of Process and industry benchmarks. o Control on ground operations through active monitoring of Key KPI's and ensure necessary TAT is adhered to. 2) Process Excellence: Have in-depth knowledge of existing process and have ability to create a new one. to Monitor the health of the Department and set up MIS reports. to Optimize productivity by identifying potential throughput issues (Bottlenecks). To Focus on safety throughout the operations. 3) Inventory Management: Coordinate with Purchase planning and on ground teams to control inventory level and hygiene to ensure timely delivery of product to the customer. o Establish Quality Control Process for each operational activity. 4) New Initiatives : Lead/ Participate and actively drive new initiatives and roll outs. Note : Industry/ Company preference Ecommerce /Warehousing/FMCG/Distribution Desired Skills Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think beyond the box Basic and Advance excel MIS reporting Analytical Mindset Readiness to travel across India Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month Benefits:
