The Sr. Manager - Operations will be responsible to manage the end to end supply chain & Customer Service Functions for the Professional Audio Division of Harman. He/She will be guiding & managing the teams covering Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Purchasing, Freight (Inbound & Outbound), Warehousing & Distribution, Material Master, Inventory Management, Project management and Contract management.This role will also be responsible for guiding & managing the Customer Support function incl. the Service team & Service partners. Duties will involve strategizing the Customer Support to deliver exceptional customer experience. Develop & implement SOPs / Service Policies, Partner identification, evaluation & management, performance audit, KPI & SLA monitoring, CRM, Spares Planning, escalations, internal stakeholders & external partners / customers\' management.
