Job Title: Operations Manager Job Location: AMCO Tower, Sector 9, Noida 201301 Your role at a glance: At Nursing Next Exam Prep Pvt. Ltd, we owe our success to the efficiency of organizational processes. To help maintain and grow this standard, we\xe2\x80\x99re seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven success in managing multiple departments for maximum productivity. This person will be highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management, and be able to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team. In this role, you should be creative and results-oriented. An analytical mind and research skills are essential to this job. We\'d like to meet you if you\xe2\x80\x99re also an excellent communicator and team player. Your goal will be to increase sales and brand awareness through effective marketing plans and campaigns. Responsibilities you would handle:

  • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
  • You will be working on Google spreadsheets. There are multiple sheets to keep the subscriber\'s details as required.
  • Get the KYC Submission with Consent. Share Orientation Program details.
  • You will be taking care of the complete Live Class schedule of Noida Studio and will make all necessary arrangements on time and will be taking care of complete SOPs and Processes of recordings
  • You need to maintain proper coordination with the faculty and not be allowed to leave a class until the class finishes and make appropriate arrangements for the faculty.
  • You must handle marketing activities, branding & promotional materials, connect with venue representatives, and student registrations for offline classes.
  • You have to see all the Marketing Touch Points of all the current and future plans - FB, Insta, YouTube, Emailer, Quora, Website, Chatbot, etc. and review the current marketing initiatives and compare them with the market trends and direct and indirect competitors and need to give your new ideas for making our marketing initiatives more impactful and impressive.
  • To fulfil your responsibilities with perfection, you need to update your product knowledge regularly, do a lot of market research on the competitors in the same segment, understand their strategies, and give us your suggestions on how to improve your product and services.
  • You are also responsible for doing various motivational learning training sessions with all the departments to increase overall productivity and knowledge. In addition, special training sessions must be given to New Joiners and the offline and online marketing teams.
  • From Time to time you need to create various Google forms to take the queries, feedback, and reviews from subscribers.
  • You must conduct various engagement programs.
  • As a PR you will be responsible for attending & coordinating (A) all webinars and live sessions of Students.
  • The company will provide you with complete training and support. It will update you with all the current working patterns, ensure that you will really handle work, and keep a realistic expectation of daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes by you. You have to take care of multi-department coordination, and you need to organize your work in a very efficient manner by dividing your work mainly into two categories: Planned and Not Planned. The planned work needs to be planned so that it should be completed on time, and you need to keep a check on all your essential KRA\'s. Last but not least, you need to take ownership of whatever departments and work assigned to you in a highly flexible and mature manner.
Experience: 2-5 Years Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • Working knowledge of management software programs
  • Strong IT skills, including database development
  • Multiple years of financial and account reporting experience
  • Ability to communicate efficiently
  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
Compensation: 40K to 50K per month + Medical Insurance + Bonus + Leave Encashment + PF+ Performance based yearly Increments Employment:
  • Mode of working: Work from the Office
  • No. of working days: 6 days a week (Third Saturday Off)
  • Shift Time: 09:30 am to 6:00 pm or 10:00 am to 06:30 pm
