Job Description


Role - Operations Manager (Customer Success) Location - Noida Experience - 3 - 5 years Working Day- 5 days Notice Period - 30 days Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members. Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery process, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to business timelines and deliverables. Establish clear campaign objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Allocate resources, monitor work progress, and ensure that campaigns run within budget and according to quality standards. Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively taking appropriate actions to mitigate them and keep the campaigns on track. Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of status, risks, and opportunities, and managing their expectations. Providing regular updates to Internal and External stakeholders and facilitating discussions to address challenges and resolve conflicts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, supply and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all business aspects. Monitor and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to improve overall health Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field and have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven experience in a delivery lead or a similar role. Ability to manage customer expectations and provide guidance on services. Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and deriving actionable insights. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
