• Making Long term and Short-Term Goals for business development of Company
• Coordinating between Company and Field Staff
• Making Business plans and strategies
• Review and Analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies
• Forecasting accuracy for Sales and Inventory planning/control
• Reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly sale of zone.
• Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship
• Market review of new products and services
• Also Know about Finance, Logistics and Sales also.
• Regular attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of company
• Keeping up to date about company products, services, and schemes. * Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors*
• Conceptualize strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base
• Present relevant sales & operations reports and forecasts to the management team. Requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Should have track record of growing the organisation.
